Make hay while the sun shines. Our festival workshops and classes are now available for signup. Ride (horses) or (natural) dye, get physical and more.

Take your little ones to the daily El Kidsmico Percussion Party with David Garza and friends. Artists from our stellar lineup are on board to teach our tiny cosmonauts some musical skills. It’s free and there’s no need to sign up, just drop in and jam.

Meet the makers and shop wares of West Perro, Workwear Vintage, Lykke Wullf, Caddis, El Cosmico Provision Co. and Far West Collective, Filth Mart, 4Kinship, Glor, Muchacho Vintage, From the Grey Fortress, La Ropa, Sister Ceramics, Pioneertown General Store, Lunchroom Anxiety, Richter Goods, Forrest & Groves Vintage, Carla Fernandez, Carleen, Bexar Goods, Far Out Silver, High Desert Dye, Habitat Hammocks, and Miranda Bennett Studio.

El Cosmetico

Our popular high desert spa. Just because you’re camping doesn’t mean you don’t need a massage. Facials, haircuts, tooth gems, and tarot also available for booking at the links below.

Tattoos from Jeremy Cook and Moonstone Tombstone will be available for booking at El Cosmetico at the festival (no pre-booking available for tattoos, first-come first-serve)

Breakfast for a Great Cause

Sunday, October 1, 2022 from 9 AM – Noon

Feed your hangover, enjoy live music and hang out one last time with your festival family before heading home. All proceeds benefit KRTS Marfa Public Radio.

This years breakfast event will be included in ticket cost and open to all attendees.

Poster Pre-Sale

Featuring artwork by our friend Mishka Westell, this year’s festival poster, Make Love Not War, is a reflection on the violence and war happening in the world right now.

A portion of revenue for this year’s festival will be donated to Everytown, a non-profit organization doing great work to prevent gun violence in the U.S. Learn more about them at everytown.org.

El Béisbol Sandlot

Our annual sandlot baseball game is getting a remix. The Austin All Stars is a special team made up of the city’s greatest sandlot players. Los Yonke Gallos de Marfa and Los Tigres de San Antonio round out this west Texas three way game. See you there at high noon on Saturday, October 1. Hot dogs. Beer. Dance parties. Can only be experienced — definitely a party highlight regardless of your stance on sports.

Meals on Wheels

Get ready to chow down under the big sky with Cloudy’s, Lick It Up, Burro, Oh My Pizza Pie, Wildflower Caramel Co., Southern Comfort, Billy Pete’s, and Wonder-Pilz Kombucha, Breadhead (Friday Day Party).

What are the dates of the festival?
Thursday, September 29 – Sunday, October 2, 2022
Gates open at Noon on Thursday, September 29, no one is allowed on-site prior to that time.

What kind of tickets should I buy?
If you plan to stay on site in your own tent, you’ll need to purchase a Music + Camping ticket. Music + Camping means you need to have your own bedding. Every person in the tent needs a Music + Camping ticket.

If you are staying in a Shelter Co. tent or elsewhere in/around Marfa, you need a Music-Only ticket.

If I decide to buy a Shelter Co. tent, do I need to buy Music Tickets?
Yes, each person in staying in a Shelter Co. Tent will need a Music-Only ticket. Shelter Co. Tents will come with one (1) Music Only ticket this year for early bird ticket sales only.

Where are my tickets?
No tickets will be mailed. You will receive the tickets in an email confirmation from Eventbrite. Tickets are attached as a PDF you can print or we can scan them from the Eventbrite app. Please print your confirmation email for your records and bring with you to the festival.

What can I get on site day of?
Day of tickets are not guaranteed and are dependent on capacity.

How do I change the name on my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable, but we are happy to transfer your tickets to someone else’s name if you cannot attend. Login to your account, select “Tickets” and then select “Transfer.” Read this article for formal instructions.
