Going The Distance
We look forward to seeing you under the Big Sky in west Texas and are happy to provide you an escape during these strange times. There are some important changes we’ve put in place to protect this community we’re in. Please read them, and know that we’re here for any questions or concerns.
The city of Marfa is a small one, part of a Tri-County that has very limited medical resources. It is vital that we protect this community’s health and wellness. If you feel unwell, please reconsider your travel plans. Please consider isolating for 10-14 days in advance of your arrival and practice good hygiene – use hand sanitizer, wash your hands regularly, and avoid directly touching your face. Remember to pack your mask.
During your trip we encourage you to limit or ideally eliminate your interactions with the town. We’ve created avenues with local businesses that allow you to stay on property while getting the Marfa experience. Booking add-on’s like local restaurant meals dropped off at El Cosmico, and pre-ordered groceries are all available here. Think about excursions that support social distancing – a scenic drive, a visit to Prada Marfa, and a hike in Big Bend State Park.
It has always been our great privilege to create a space for our guests, and keeping you safe is in the heart of what we do. We’ll need to look out for each other and this special west Texas community.
We are happy to answer any of your questions, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (432) 729-1950.
